If you are interested in one of our properties to rent / lease. Please download and complete the "Application to Rent." When fully completed, please return via email or fax (Todd@RigbyandAssociates.com / 714-380-6166). A completed application must include the following for each proposed tenant 18 years and older:

     - Completed application (Download to the right---->).

     - 2 months Bank account statement

     - 2 months pay stubs

     - Copy of government ID.

     - $40 Application Fee.

*Credit scores under 600 may require a co-signer. Management will take the complete application package into consideration. Co-signer requirements are as follows: 

      - Co-signer must live within the same county of the residence that is being    

         leased, or within 25 miles of the residence.

      - Co-signer must complete a full application (See above) and submit to    

        management.

      - Co-signer must be present at signing of the lease.
